Aims of the Workshop

The IEEE Workshop on Electronics for mitigating Climate Change (EmC2) will be a place to meet and work in which we want to discuss current and future issues arising by climate change such as the risk of passing a tipping point of planetary boundaries if we do not accelerate the path to reduce GHG emissions among others. Here we want also to discuss climiate change consequences on people's health, migration, food security, as well as poverty and finally to define a roadmap of actions that need to be taken by IEEE members and all the research community to reduce the impact of global warming.
